The center piece of Zingerman's farmers market broadcasts local music and more from the parking lot of Zingerman's Roadhouse.

 


The West Side Farmers Market Community Tent (WSFM-CT) is a summer-long program of entertainment, education, activities, and area talent of all types. Presented each Thursday 3-7pm at the West Side Farmers Market, programming will be aired live over AnnArborAlive.com Community Radio. Activities include demonstrations, information tables, recitals, choirs, music, dance, theatre, poetry, magic, comedy, interviews of area experts, personalities of all ages, local musical talent and more.

The 2006 WSFM-CT programming included 26 bands, 7 poets, 4 storytellers, 4 authors, a bevy of local political figures, karate and dance demonstrations, and a presentation of the key to Ted Heusel by Mayor Heiftje. Over 2200 four page full color programs were distributed with full descriptions of area talent and local sponsors, including LaSalle Bank, Ten Thousand Villages, ZingermanŐs, and many others
